These 8400 series SMT PLCC sockets have a low profile design, an open top for unrestricted airflow and feature moulded slots to facilitate device extraction. The high temperature insulator of these 8400 PLCC sockets makes them compatible with IR reflow and wave soldering and they are also compatible with automated loading equipment.
