- The DF22 Series 7.92 mm Wire-to-Board High Current Internal Power Header connector is part of the EnerBee product. The DF22 Series has a maximum current capacity of 30 A when used with 10 AWG wires. The housing of the DF22 7.92 mm header has a strong positive locking mechanism to prevent the engagement from disengaging due to drops or external impacts. A firm click occurs during engagement to ensure that the connectors are fully engaged and electrically and mechanically connected. This positive locking mechanism is located in the center of the housing, allowing for even locking and preventing Cable tangling caused by side locking. The side locks save space on the board and can be mounted side by side at high density. This housing design supports a variety of keying options to prevent accidental insertion into mating connectors when multiple connectors with the same number of positions are used. It is equipped with guide posts to ensure correct placement and orientation on the board and to prevent reverse insertion. The assembly of the DF22 board header connector is separated by a wall inside the housing to insulate from adjacent contacts and prevent short circuits. The DF22 connector supports resin sealing up to 10 mm without affecting performance. This sealing prevents dust and moisture from entering.
