The R82 Series radial leads are electrically welded to the contact metal layer at the end of the capacitor winding. This capacitor is enclosed in a plastic case made of thermosetting resin material, which is self-extinguishing and solvent resistant. Major applications of the R82 series include blocking, coupling, decoupling, timing and oscillation circuits.
