• Festo EPCO series electric linear actuators are equipped with a piston rod and an integrated stepper motor for linear mechanical operation. The EPCO electric cylinder is equipped with a rotating motor screw, converts the rotational motion into linear motion, and moves the piston rod forward and backward precisely.　It is suitable for factory automation applications where pneumatic actuators have been used in most cases. Electric linear actuators are used in applications such as machine tools, industrial machines, offices, and home automation systems.　How do I program a linear actuator?　EPCO series electric actuators have two connectors. One is for motor control and the other is for encoder signals. Both connectors are connected to the Festo CMMO-ST (; 125-9895 125-9895) Connects to the controller for accurate positioning of effective loads. The CMMO-ST controller provides a web browser-based configuration feature for quick and easy setup from a web server.　All instructions are in the Owner's Manual.　How do I install the linear actuator?　EPCO series linear actuators can be mounted vertically or horizontally to suit the intended application. Optional mounting accessories provide additional flexibility. It can be mounted with swivel blanking for free movement, attached to legs to support high loads, or combined with other actuators to achieve a wider range of motion.
