• SKF's food line Y bearing unit is an innovative solution for cleaning room-related problems such as corrosion and premature bearing failure. The SKF food line Y bearing consumes less grease, eliminates the need for re-lubrication, and reduces waste.
• Composite Housing
• The Y bearing housing is made of a thermoplastic resin composite material, making it strong, lightweight, and resistant to chemicals. Resistant to citric acid, cooking oils, and most food and beverage additives.　Steel coils built into the housing increase the breaking strength of the Y-bear ring. The base is filled with polyamide, allowing for surface-to-surface attachment, eliminating gaps and preventing the accumulation of contaminants.　Stainless steel bolt-hole inserts ensure stability, increasing strength and preventing corrosion. For housing design, we offer Plumma Block (SY series) and Tap Type Base (SYF series).

• Stainless steel insert bearings have excellent corrosion resistance and strength, and are included with high-performance sealing systems. These products are self-aligned and have a long life.
