- The Micro-MaTch IDC ribbon cable assembly product is suitable for use with wire-to-board interconnects. The Micro-MaTch ribbon cable assembly is terminated with a male Micro-MaTch connector with wires at one end and a paddle board Micro-MaTch connector at the other end. This Micro-MaTch series connector has a compact space-saving design with a 1.27 mm pitch. This IDC contact is equipped with a contact spring system to prevent fretting corrosion. The female contact positioning spring absorbs the deviation between male and female contacts caused by vibration and thermal expansion. Preventing contact spot misalignment provides an airtight connection and prevents the contact spring system from fretting. This contact is fully protected by a red polyester housing. This Micro-MaTch IDC ribbon cable assembly provides cable lengths of 200 mm, 150 mm, and 70 mm.
