• GRACE INERTIA 6.0 mm Wire-to-Substrate Header Connector has a maximum rated current of 10 A.　The GRACE INERTIA board header has a space-saving 6.0 mm center line, which allows for mid-range, medium-power connections in a compact design and saves space on the board. The GRACE INERTIA connector is designed to prevent erroneous clanging and provide a reliable connection so that receptacles and headers do not come into contact when clanging errors occur.　The main feature of the GRACE INERTIA connector is an inertial locking mechanism built into the connector housing to prevent unintended clanging.　When the plug housing is inserted into the header, the spring latch on the plug housing makes contact with the header.　If you continue to insert the connector, the connector engagement will move in tandem, and the spring latch's inertial lock will fully engage the connector.　When the housing and header engage, you can hear a "click" to confirm the engagement, and the latch secures both.　The inertial locking mechanism prevents removal due to external forces while the connector is in use, enabling a reliable connection.　The GRACE INERTIA board header also includes a board positioning post for precise alignment on the board and a kink processing terminal for secure attachment to the board.
