- 3D Printer Heater Matte
- Silicone heater mat technology improves the quality and speed of 3D printing. It is thin and light, and the thermal mass is suppressed. Therefore, it can heat rapidly and react quickly to temperature control. The wide range of operating temperatures, flexibility, and superior electrical properties provide outstanding advantages over other forms of heating. In the Heated Build Platform (HBP) of 3D printers, accurate and uniform heating of the HBP improves the molding quality. As the extruded plastic cools, the HBP shrinks slightly. If this shrinkage is not uniform, a distorted part of the molding can occur.
