The jagged teeth inside the wire barrel maximize contact strength and extension strength after crimping. The wire barrel is covered with a copper sleeve that supports wire insulation. Outer colored nylon sleeve allows easy identification of wire size. The PIDG crimped valet connector has a funnel-shaped wire entry for quick wire insertion, which increases productivity.
