- The Schneider Electric RM17/35 UB measurement and control relay for a 3 phase power supply monitors the correct sequence of phases L1, L2, and L3. It also monitors overvoltage/undervoltage based on total loss, asymmetry, and individual adjustment of one or more phases. This relay opens after a user-configured delay in the event of a voltage failure and remains open if the equipment is switched on due to a measurement failure. In the event of a neutral or phase-order loss, this relay opens instantaneously.
