Features

Since a yoke (iron material) is attached to the magnet to concentrate magnetic force on the magnet surface, it is possible to obtain stronger adsorption force than the magnet itself.
Since the yoke (iron material) is used except for the suction surface, it has excellent impact resistance.
Since only the magnet surface is attracted and the magnetic field lines do not extend far, it is necessary to consider the distance between the magnet and the object to be attracted.
The yoke (iron material) may scratch the adsorbent during desorption, but it is possible to reduce the scratch by attaching a protective film to the adsorbent surface.
Ferrite magnets, neodymium magnets, and samakova magnets are mainly used for cap magnets.
Neodymium cap magnet has strong magnetic force and Samakova cap magnet has excellent heat resistance.
Can be made in round shape, square shape, ring shape, with countersunk hole and with stepped hole.
Yokes (iron) and neodymium magnets are usually treated with nickel plating, galvanizing, or other surface treatments.
Since the magnet is in close contact with the yoke (iron material), it is not suitable for post-machining.
Main application: For tool parts etc.
