Features

It is a flexible sheet type magnet that can be easily cut, cut, printed, etc., and used in a wide range of applications.
There are ferrite rubber magnets made of rubber material and ferrite magnet powder, and neodymium rubber magnets with higher magnetic properties.
Ferrite rubber magnets are isotropic and anisotropic, and the anisotropy is about 1.2~1.5 times stronger than the isotropic magnetic force.
Neodymium rubber has about four times more adsorption power than anisotropic ferrite rubber of the same size and thickness.
It can be easily cut from a large size sheet with a cutter or scissors.
Various colors and characters can be designed and printed on the surface.
Blocking may occur if the product continues to be used in a high temperature environment with low temperature characteristics.
* Blocking: A phenomenon in which the resin of the rubber magnet is eluted by heat and is stuck to the adsorbent.
The magnetization direction is generally single-sided multipole magnetization, but vertical NS magnetization and double-sided multipole magnetization are also possible.
Double-sided tape, adhesive, and PP can also be attached.
