  • *Characteristics: Oxide-based ceramics are the most widely used in industrial fields.
  • *Applications: Sliding parts, semiconductor, liquid crystal, solar panel manufacturing equipment, precision parts, crucibles, semiconductor substrates, electrical equipment insulation parts, etc.
  • Partially Stabilized Zirconia (PSZ)
  • *Features: High strength, high fracture toughness, excellent thermal properties and chemical resistance.　
  • *Applications: Blades, tools, nozzles, pump parts, implants, etc.
  • Silicon Nitride (Si3N4)　
  • *Features: High strength under high temperature environment, excellent thermal shock resistance, low thermal expansion resistance, and excellent chemical resistance.
