- MCP130 Microcontroller Supervisory and Reset Circuit. The Microchip MCP130 is a Voltage Supervisor that holds a Microcontroller or other device in Reset during under-voltage conditions. During Start-Up and Brownout events the MCP130 asserts a Reset signal via an active-low Reset Pin. Integrated into the MCP130 is an internal 5 kΩ Pull-Up Resistor. Features. Holds Microcontroller in Reset until supply voltage reaches stable operating level Resets Microcontroller during power loss Active low RESET pin Open drain output Internal 5 kΩ Pull-Up Resistor Holds RESET for 350 ms (typical) RESET to VCC = 1.0V Accuracy of ±125 mV for 5V systems, ±75 mV for 3V systems over temperature 45 μA typical operating current
