• RS Pro Aluminium Enclosure - EMI/RFI Screened Stove Finish. From RS Pro, these aluminium enclosures with flanges for wall mounting or mounting on a place of installation to house electrical components. Made of Aluminium alloy ADC-12 with a stove acrylic finish. Close fitting lips are secured with Stainless Steel M3.5 countersunk screws. All models are highly reliable and excellent quality. Features and Benefits. Diecast aluminium alloy (LM2, BS1490) Stove Finish - is a coarse textured acrylic stove finish Close fitting lids with lip secured by stainless steel M3.5 countersunk screws Minimum wall thickness 1.6 mm. FAQ's. Can the enclosure be used outside?. Unfortunately not, as this enclosure does not offer an IP rating, use of the enclosure in an outdoor environment would put the contents at risk. What is an enclosure? General purpose enclosures are protective boxes, used to house industrial, electronic and other sensitive equipment.
