This thermocouple plug is ideal for connecting your thermocouple probe or wire terminals to extension or compensating cables as well as providing a quick, safe and error-free way of replacing your existing thermocouples. The plug housing is made from a rugged glass-filled thermoplastic which is impact resistant and able to withstand high temperatures of up to 220°C. The pins on this male connector have a round design and are polarised to ensure an accurate connection. The colour coded housing has the thermocouple type clearly indicated on the front for easy identification. What is a Thermocouple Connector?. Thermocouple connectors are an accurate and convenient way of interconnecting your temperature sensing components. Using these connectors allows a chain to be formed from the measuring tip of your temperature sensor to the host computer or meter.
