The D-5200S version has a standard 1-column configuration, while the D-5200M has a modular 2-column configuration. The D-5200 connector housing has locking lances that secure the contacts in place and prevent damage during engagement. When the contacts are fully secured in the housing, there will be a clicking sound. The D-5200 crimping housing is equipped with a key ring rib to prevent accidental caulking and to prevent misalignment and twisting between the housings during caulking. The lock lever locking on both sides of the housing is firmly connected, and the locking can be confirmed by a clicking sound. The mounting confirmation line on the housing also provides visual confirmation. The crimping receptacle and tab contacts for the Dynamic D-5200 connector housing must be purchased separately.
