  • [Rubber Material]
  • Silicone rubber: Has excellent heat and cold resistance and can be used in a wide temperature range. Has excellent electrical insulation and ozone resistance.
  • High strength silicone rubber: Improved mechanical strength (especially tear strength) of silicone rubber.
  • Chlorinated butyl rubber: Has excellent airtightness, weather resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. It has high vibration absorption and is used for vibration and sound proofing, but it has poor oil resistance.
  • Chloroprene rubber: Has moderate weather resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and oil resistance, and is used in many applications. RoHS2 compliant material.
  • Styrene-butadiene rubber: A general-purpose rubber used in various applications.
  • Ethylene propylene rubber: Characterized by excellent weather resistance, it also has good cold resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, and heat resistance. Oil resistance is slightly inferior.
  • Peroxide-crosslinked ethylene-propylene rubber: has advantages such as better heat resistance and lower compression set than conventional EPDM.
  • Nitrile rubber: Has high oil resistance and is widely used for O-rings and packing in contact with oil. RoHS2 compliant material.
  • High nitrile rubber: Used for applications that require more oil resistance than nitrile rubber. RoHS2 compliant material.
  • Hydrogenated nitrile rubber: Improved heat and weather resistance of nitrile rubber.
  • Nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride blend rubber: Nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride are blended to improve weather resistance. RoHS2 compliant material.
  • Urethane rubber (ether type): Has excellent abrasion resistance, mechanical strength, and oil resistance. Water resistance and chemical resistance are poor.
  • Fluororubber: Excellent in heat resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance, but slightly inferior in cold resistance.
  • Fluororubber (perfluoroelastomer): Has more heat resistance than fluororubber and is resistant to most chemicals.
