• This equipment generates a certain concentration of high boiling point organic gas using a diffusion tube as a source.
• A very wide range of constant concentration gases can be continuously generated, ranging from very low concentrations (pg/m3 level) to relatively high concentrations (several μg/m3 level) of any high boiling organic matter.
• It is also possible to generate gas mixtures with more than four components.
• All of the ventilation systems in the equipment are housed in a thermostatic bath to control condensation and adsorption of high boiling point organic matter. A closed negative pressure system prevents leakage of gas to the outside, and exhaust gas is purified and discharged with a sufficient amount of activated carbon layer.
• It can safely handle highly toxic high boiling point organic substances, such as installing an alarm buzzer to prevent the generator holder from opening at high temperatures.
