• 1 Axis, 2 Axis, 4 Axis Unit, Open Collector Output Type/Line Driver Output Type All single size. Model CS1W-NC113/NC213/NC413 is an open collector output type, and Model CS1W-NC133/NC233/NC433 is a line driver output type.
• It can start up to 2 ms for commands from the programmable controller. (Refer to the User's Manual for details on conditions.) • Data transfer can be performed at high speed using Intelligent I/O Write Instruction (IOWR)/Read Instruction (IORD).
• Speed command up to 500kpps. Fast axis movement is possible.
• In memory operation, up to 100 patterns (sequence data) can be positioned per axis. Three patterns of "single positioning," "automatic positioning" and "continuous positioning" can be positioned by the end pattern of the sequence data.
• By setting the position data and the speed data to the area allocated on the DM/EM of the programmable controller, positioning operation can also be performed directly from the programmable controller. Easier to interface with ladder control.
• When interrupt input is input, "interrupt constant dimension feed" can be performed to move only the specified movement amount and stop. Powerful for feeder control.
• Provides simple positioning control with a wealth of features, including teaching, overriding, backlash compensation, zone setting, forced intervention activation, and S-shape acceleration/deceleration.
