  • Command values can be updated to servomotors and stepping motors in the fastest 125 μs cycle, enabling smooth cam operation and highly accurate interpolation control and phase adjustment between axes.
  • Sequence control and motion control can be integrated into a single controller to handle sensor and analog input/output and servo and stepping motor operations on the same task. This enables fast and easy feedback of position, displacement and tension information from the sensor to motion control.

  • The NJ/NX controller can operate in a fixed cycle from input to output. By synchronizing the time of the distributed clock built into the Ether CAT slave unit, refresh timing between various units such as the FH series image processing system, the ZW series displacement sensor, the NX series I/O unit, and the G5 series/1S series servo driver is synchronized. High precision feedback control can be achieved by reducing input/output timing deviation to 1 μs or less.
