Features

An ultrasonic actuator that achieves both high resolution and high speed movement, and can also be operated remotely.
It is compact and quiet when driven.
Since it is driven by friction, it can maintain its position even when the power is turned off.
The jog stick makes it easy to operate manually.
It can be connected to a PC via RS232C and automatically controlled by a simple command from the PC.
It supports measurement control software SGTERM and SGEMCS.
* PKA-ID-02 is powered by 24 VDC 1.8 A.
* PAT-001-POW1 (AC Adapter) must be purchased or prepared by the customer.
