• This service is available when an engineer needs to be dispatched when a maintenance contract is not signed.
• Dispatch cost, main unit (battery) cost, work cost included.
• This service covers the UPS unit and its component modules, not accessories or software products.
• As a general rule, an engineer will visit you two business days after you contact us.
• We will send the replacement parts and the UPS body by courier before the work, and after the work, the engineer will arrange the shipment of the faulty unit.
