• This is a spot service that can be used when the UPS needs to be replaced after the warranty period expires and the maintenance contract is not signed.
• We do not dispatch engineers, so please use this service only if you can replace the UPS unit yourself.
• This service covers the UPS unit and its component modules, not accessories or software products.
• A replacement will be shipped the next business day, so replace the UPS within one month of receipt and return the failed UPS to the designated location.
