- Register at the Club APC or Partner Club APC warranty registration website.
- Registration is due within one year of UPS purchase.
- Provide on-site service by Schneider Electric-designated engineers for five years from the date of purchase of the new UPS.
- In the event of a product failure, we will ship a replacement to the customer within the next business day and work on it after the arrival date.
- The working hours are from 9:00 to 17:30, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays designated by our company).
- This service covers only the UPS unit (including battery).
- Accessories and software products are not included.
- The entire UPS unit will be replaced.
- *Registration is required to receive maintenance services.
- Please register at the warranty registration website "Club APC" or "Partner Club APC."
- The registration period is one year after the purchase of the UPS.
- If you do not register by the registration deadline, you will not be able to use this service for any reason.
