• Must be purchased with the UPS being serviced.
• Not available for renewing existing maintenance contracts
• Register at the Club APC or Partner Club APC warranty registration website.
• Registration is due within one year of UPS purchase.
• Provide on-site service by Schneider Electric-designated engineers for three years from the date of purchase of the new UPS.
• In the event of a product failure, we will ship a replacement to the customer within the next business day and work on it after the arrival date.
• The working hours are from 9:00 to 17:30, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays designated by our company).
• This service covers only the UPS unit (including battery).
• Accessories and software products are not included.
• The entire UPS unit will be replaced.
• *Registration is required to receive maintenance services.
• Please register at the warranty registration website "Club APC" or "Partner Club APC."
• The registration period is one year after the purchase of the UPS.
• If you do not register by the registration deadline, you will not be able to use this service for any reason.
