• The 2-year warranty has been extended by 3 years to provide a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase of the new UPS.
• In the event of a product failure, a replacement will be first shipped within the next business day.
• This is a send back service in which the defective product is returned after the replacement by the customer.
• Use when you want to replace it yourself.
• This service covers only the UPS unit (including battery).
• Accessories and software products are not included.
• The entire UPS unit will be replaced.
