特徴
- Torque limiter (overload protection device) The overload protection device protects the machine by instantly separating the input and output in case of overload. ・In the event of an overload, the drive key disengages from the slot, separating the input and output to protect the device.
- When the overload is removed, it is automatically connected again with the same torque and the same index position.
- Torque is set by the torque spring built in, so there is no troublesome work such as fine adjustment.
- Because of the power transmission by the drive key, there is no problem in using in oil.
- Unlike friction type, it can cope with adverse environments.
- Torque Tender TT (01) Type ・ It is a 2-shaft butting type that transmits power and protects the machine against overload by inserting 2 shafts from both ends of the torque tender (housing and hub) and fixing both shafts with set screws.
- Since it is a 2-axis butting type, it can also be used as a flexible coupling.
